I'd expect either Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop, but they both cost alot, although there are free trials.. If you want a free alternative, try the <a href="http://www.gimp.org" target="_blank">GIMP</a> (GNU Image Manipulation Program, don't get me started on what GNU stands for XD). Not sure how good it is compared to the other two though, since I haven't really tried it myself.

I've tried The Gimp. There are lots of tutorials and advance stuff you can do with it. I would compare it to paint shop pro. Photoshop is proably better than it though.

I've tried the Gimp before. It is a free version of Paint shop pro, has similar features, and good advance tutorials and stuff. I would say that Photoshop is better than the gimp though, since you need to pay.
