    Hi!!!

    Well, I am encountering a problem... A big one..

    I am trying to paly Dancin Paradise but that's what my problem is..


    I followed everything on this topic and i read nearly all previous postes...

    What I am curious is about..

    Well, after I read this, am I supposed to to click "yes/yes to all"? Because I did click "yes to all".

    I also got a little bit of file not found and all those...

    When extracting the patch, I find that I am unable to extract something in HShield... I don't know why either..

    When I launch the game, it gives a message "The game can't be started because there is an error in a file" or something like that... But the T3 Entertainment and Nexon logo appears then stopped.. When I click OK, it closes..

    1. Wrong Version (ingame)
    You will see this if your HSHIELD folder, or Audition.exe is out of date. Meaning that while you were extracting the patches, something didn't get copied for one reason or another. To avoid this you should extract the patches ONE AT A TIME, and IN ORDER.

    2. Debug Error (patcher)
    From what I heard, this shows up when your patcher takes too long to download/extract a patch. Or (a guess) some program you have isn't allowing the patcher to extract the files. I don't have a fix for this, but more of a work around. You will have to manually patch (guide below), and then create a shortcut directly to Audition.exe that will allow you to skip past the patcher. That guide is here [Patcher Bypass].

    3. Cannot Open Data Connection / Failed to connect to server (patcher)
    This means that the patcher cannot open port 21 (ftp port) to connect to the patch server. I don't know any solution for this except killing any over-protective anti-virus software you may have. In one case, turning off the Windows Firewall fixed this error. If you cannot solve this issue you will need to use the Patcher Bypass.

    CHECKING/SETTING YOUR GAME'S VERSION NUMBER
    After applying a patch manually, the patcher won't automatically know that your game is up to date, so you'll have to modify the registry entry that it checks, so the patcher will allow you to play.

    1. On your taskbar press the Start button and then click Run. If it's not there, try pressing the Windows Key and R.
    2. Type in regedit and press enter.
    2b. Welcome to the registry, this is basically a database for storing configuration information for Windows. In some areas, very sensitive information.
    3. Navigate your way to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\0Software\0Audition\0ASIA_SING by expanding the keys.
    HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareAlaplayaAudition (For European Audition)
    HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareNexonAudition (For American Audition)
    4. Right click the VERSION string and click Modify.
    5. And here is where you change the number. Check the Decimal box and type in the version you are changing to. 6001, 6008 etc. Then press OK and you're done.

    BYPASSING THE AUDITION PATCHER
    Doing this will allow you to skip the patcher and jump right into the game. Note that the server will still block you if your game is not up to date.

    1. First create a normal shortcut to your Audition.exe
    2. Right click the shortcut and select properties
    3. Make sure you are under the Shortcut tab
    4. Select the Target text box and add this line after the text in quotation marks:
    /t3enter 15007e0e170f3329312c2d343131393124253c243c
    For America Audition enter:/t3enter 14007E346F540C51760D506C125A63064565035E
    For European Audition enter:/t3enter 1300FE32110E2D093409290A380524043C0120 UK
    Note that UK tells the game what language you're using (Uk being english). You may replace this with: ES (español), DE (deutsch), IT (italiano), or FR (français).

    5. You should end up with something like this, don't for get to space between the last quotation mark and the slash:

    omg i change the verison value data wrongly. i forget to press decimal hence i inputted 6010 at hexadecimal. anyway to undo the damage?

    juz go bak to run then type that word and click that icon and click the decimal and edit the number and press okay lolx so mani "and"s

    but i have one problem that is after i click the audition, it brings me to the login page and i type my "OLD" user name and my "NEW" PP acc user name but all the same = it closes my audition ><

    erm sry i rarely login >.<

    yeah i patched liao and changed it to ver.6010, but when i go in the login scrn and type my login id n password, it still says 'wrong version' x_x

    oh i had that problem --- the "wrong version" popup~

    so i downloaded patch 6009, and the redownloaded 6010.. and it worked ^^

    Just read on the Asiasoft forum (somebody els gave Patched out there) that if you re-installed or Re-downloaded the game, that you need to download the other patches too because the one on the Site is 6007.

    @katrina: Not sure what's causing that. I used the same name and it works for me. Check the asiasoft forum :P

    I don't know what to say about the Wrong Version error. It's working for me. If your game is already at 6009, 6010 should work. >_> Are you sure it's set to decimal when you type in the version?

    Sheesh I did some looking around and noticed all the chaos. I didn't have any idea this stuff was going on, I just wanted to get the patch out a few hours before AsiaSoft did. :lol:

    Hi after the manual patch i manage to go to the UserID sign in page.

    However, after typing in my usual UserID and password, the message 'wrong ID' came up.

    anyone else had the same prob?

    i dunno wad had happen.i am able to go into de audition n sign in my password, thn when it come to de broadcast station , when i click on it, thn they will show miie to de loading de messenger pop up, thn it would suddenly come out of de audtion window..thn it would appear wif tis pop out below...image
    does tis mean tat i didnt able to hav some file??

    @isaacng: Reboot the computer, delete EGRNAPX2.dll and try copying the files again.

    The patch server is back up so just change your version number back to 6009 if you are getting any kind of Not Found errors.
