can someone help with this "dormancy account" page?

    (since my original post was deleted with the server change)
    so, i made a new account for kau, and it's been telling me that i have to link this account with another account i made under the same name/kssn.
    when i try to log in, it brings me to this page.

    i translated all of it, and i know that is says it's supposed to send a code to my email once i click the button... but whenever i click it, i never get an email. does anyone know why this could be happening? i've tried using different browsers.
