Not a place for request stuff to be done FOR you after its been TAUGHT to u by the author themselves X__X Poor Ice_Cream probably doesn't have the TIME to work on sigs for 2 people at once T__T

Wow! I'm excited to make my own sign. This one I use was a request. Thx for the guide, I wanna try to make for myself. ^^

well I think a banner is more to advertise a website, like this:

</a>
and a signature is a picture you put as your signature on a forum or w/e
I use Paint Shop Pro to make signatures, avatars and other stuff and other people use Photoshop or another program, you could even use MSPaint if you want XD
